Stormy skies

Three brand new contemporary landscapes inspired by some wonderful stormy skies I was lucky to witness recently. Some of us look at the clouds and try to recognise shapes, some see faces, others just take a moment for their eyes to rest. My eyes seem to record the movement and changes that nature offers us in such a short space of time. The memory of dramatic skies lives long in my memory until its ready to be recreated on the canvas.

I present you these three, lovely modern artworks full of dramatic clouds contrasting with strong and warm colours of the land. All of them have been inspired by a few memorable views which constantly come back to my mind. Maybe they will remind you of a place you saw as well.
